Can you build a custom ERP for my business?

How is SelfHostedERP different from QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Odoo?
Those are rented per-seat SaaS suites you bend your process to fit. SelfHostedERP is a one-time license: you own it outright, run it on your own server, get the full source, and add unlimited users with no recurring per-seat fees. And if the off-the-shelf product doesn’t fit, we build the parts you need.

Can you replace our current ERP and migrate our data?

Do I really own the software? What does the one-time license include?
You own it. The one-time license includes all four rooms (ERP, SEO & AI Briefs, Marketing & Ads, Communications), unlimited users, the full source code to keep and extend, and the right to run it on your own infrastructure forever.
Can it run on my own server?
Yes, it’s self-hosted by design. Deploy on bare metal, a VM, or Docker across Linux, Windows, or macOS. Your data never leaves your infrastructure, which matters for privacy, compliance, and control.
How long does a custom build take?
Far less than a traditional ERP rollout. We built Texas Flange a working custom ERP in about three weeks. Timelines depend on scope, but because we start from a production-grade platform instead of a blank page, you ship in weeks, not quarters.
Is there a per-user or monthly fee?
No. There are no per-seat fees and no monthly subscription. Add as many employees as you like, the price doesn’t change. You pay once.
Can I use AI with my data?
Yes, and not the way most software means it. You connect your own AI assistant (Claude, Cursor) directly to your workspace, and it reads your live records to answer questions like “who owes me money?” Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else. Is my data used to train AI models?
No. There is no bulk export, no sync, and no copy of your database anywhere. When you ask your assistant a question it reads the answer live from your own server. What you and your AI provider do with that conversation is governed by your agreement with them, not by us. We are not in the middle of it.
Do I need to pay extra for the AI features?
No. It is part of the license. Because you host it yourself there is no per-seat AI charge and no metered usage billed by us.
